Holding a Diploma in Yoga Science from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, she blends traditional wisdom with modern wellness.

From starting with just 5 students in 2015, she has grown a global yoga family of 1,000+ members across India, the US, Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
